Welcome to Maison Boudreau

Maison Boudreau brings together the pieces Elizabeth finds while shopping estate sales, antique stores and the occasional unexpected place. Each purchase starts with something that catches her attention, whether it is the construction of an old chair, the colors in a painting or the shape of a piece of porcelain.

The collection reflects a love of French and Southern interiors without being limited to one style. Elizabeth chooses pieces she would enjoy having in her own home, considering their materials, condition and how they might be used today.

There is room here for antique silver at an everyday table, vintage art alongside newer furnishings and objects chosen simply because you love them. Whether you are buying your first antique or adding to a collection, Maison Boudreau offers pieces to live with and enjoy.

The Story of Maison Boudreau

I’m Elizabeth Boudreau, founder of Maison Boudreau. My background in antiques began in 2004 in St. Charles, Missouri, where I restored antique furniture, created custom faux finishes and sold antiques through my first small business, The Midwest Cottage.

I later moved into product development in Dallas, working with antique-inspired reproductions, before joining an interior design boutique in McKinney. There, my work included buying, merchandising and developing private-label home collections. Those experiences sharpened my eye for materials, finishes, proportion and craftsmanship, while deepening my appreciation for pieces with age, character and history.

I’m largely self-taught and have learned through years of hands-on experience, as well as from talented designers and makers whose work I admire. Working with both original antiques and reproductions taught me to look closely at what makes a piece feel special, but the thrill of finding something unexpected has never worn off.

Today, I personally select the antiques, vintage décor and art for Maison Boudreau. My hope is that you find something you weren’t necessarily looking for, but can immediately picture living beautifully in your home.
